Bilson, LLC is a Winchester Virginia based contractor founded by both Matt Shaw and Ralph Castano in 2017.  Their goal was to build a business that would have a positive work environment for both them and the employees involved.  This goal and their entrepreneurial spirit that drove them in the beginning, continues today.  A key to their success is to always be focused on the future as well as the present with a clear vision and an unwavering determination to succeed.

Bilson, LLC focuses on commercial construction projects.  We specialize in welding services, steel erection, miscellaneous metals, plant maintenance, and steel fabrication.  The principals founded this company to be employee focused.  It is our belief that the employees are the key to the company’s success and have played a vital role in building Bilson’s reputation.  Since its inception, Bilson has stayed focused on the founding core beliefs, which has allowed each employee to succeed and instilled a refusal to settle for mediocrity every day. This creates a successful outcome to each project and allows us to partner with companies for a long-term relationship.  Bilson believes that a focus on safety is paramount and training key to this belief.  All employees are certified in OSHA, forklift, aerial, First Aid and CPR, fall protection and more.
